SMS has been an essential feature in phones for means of communication. Each phone company or provider comes with a SMS , it is quite essential. These apps all require internet connection and is sent in real time however no thought processing is applied.
Email (Electronic Mail), is a formal platform where people can send emails to people who have an email account. Most times emails are used in businesses or in schools to express concerns. It is very easy to use which is why it still remains popular. Once you have an account with an email service e.g. Gmail or iCloud the possibilities are endless.
